After returning from the United States in 2002, my deep-rooted passion for Early Childhood Education, nurtured by my family, inspired me to re-enter the education field. This calling led me to establish the first Podar Jumbo Kids branch in Banashankari 3rd Stage in 2004, marking the beginning of my journey in nurturing young minds. Since then, I have continued to grow and explore professionally, earning a Bachelor of Education in New Zealand and later a Master's in Education from Birmingham, UK. By 2022, I was successfully fostering learning environments across four branches, inspiring over 10,000 children and 6,000 families while empowering more than 100 Early Educators in 21st-century approaches such as Critical Thinking and Inquiry-Based Learning. This journey has been both humbling and fulfilling, strengthening my belief in the transformative power of Early Childhood Education in nurturing tomorrow's innovators.

Over the course of this 20-year journey of growth, I have been honoured with numerous awards, both locally and across Pan-India, recognizing innovation in education, as well as the achievements of my team and the branches I guided. I have also had the privilege of sharing our innovative approaches at prominent forums, including on the international stage at the NAEYC conference in New York and the Global Forum in Auckland, New Zealand. During these events, I presented a research paper on gender bias in Early Childhood Years, furthering my commitment to creating inclusive, forward-thinking educational environments on a global scale.

Through these international forums, I cultivated a deep passion for Critical Thinking, Inquiry-Based Learning, and Project-Based Learning, recognizing them as the foundations of future-ready education. These educational approaches not only spark curiosity and enhance problem-solving abilities but also equip children with essential skills—Creativity, Communication, Collaboration, and Critical Thinking—that empower them to adapt and innovate in today's dynamic world.

My fundamental philosophy towards life and education can be described best by the quote from Walt Disney: "Whatever you do, do it well. Do it so well that when people see you do it they will want to come back and see you do it again and they will want to bring others and show them how well you do what you do". This quote captures my belief in the power of imagination and exploration. I firmly believe that creating an environment where thriving curiosity not only ignites children's creativity but also inspires them to pursue their passions. Education should be a space where dreams take root and where children are encouraged to think boldly, explore their interests, and develop the skills they need to turn their dreams into reality. By fostering this mindset, we empower the next generation to become innovative thinkers and resilient problem solvers.

With over 16 years of experience in education, I have cultivated a profound passion for teaching and nurturing young minds. My career has been dedicated primarily to kindergarten education, where I’ve had the privilege of shaping the early developmental years of countless children. Holding a degree in education, I continually apply my academic expertise to create vibrant, nurturing, and engaging learning environments that lay the foundation for lifelong learning

As a Centre Head, I oversaw all aspects of kindergarten administration—from managing daily operations and coordinating academic and extracurricular activities to ensuring seamless financial transparency. I spearheaded teacher training initiatives, designing and implementing modules that not only enhanced instructional skills but also fostered a cohesive and collaborative team culture. This commitment to excellence ensured that both educators and students thrived in a supportive, dynamic setting.



Throughout my journey, I have received numerous awards that attest to my dedication and contributions to early childhood education. These accolades reflect my unwavering commitment to providing every child with the robust educational start they deserve. As I continue to evolve in my professional journey, I remain dedicated to the belief that every child deserves an environment that nurtures curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning—values that guide my efforts to create spaces where children and teachers alike can grow, thrive, and succeed.
